If I'm fired, or if I just walk away from my job, it WILL be because of PowerPoint.

I don't know exactly how, but I'm certain when civilization crumbles and humanity is wiped out that Microsoft PowerPoint will somehow be culpable.

Seriously. Rot and burn, you wretched crutch for the feeble minded and dim witted. Burn. Burn! BURNNNN!!!

yup, power point sucks. Well, power point doesn't suck, it's people who use power point poorly (98% of people) who suck.

Seriously? I can't even remember the last time I had an issue with Power Point. It was probably around when Windows 98 was released.

I'm really talking about it more at a philosophical level, not technical. It's a disaster for presenting complex and deep material, and the people who I have to support rely on it too heavily, and demand bespoke presentations several times a week, when they could just as easily take their knowledge, which is more than adequate, and some printed materials, and do a much better job.
